Nurture with Nature

Iona Andean is an adventure seeker and lover of the great outdoors. A wife, mother and qualified nurse, she makes spending time outside in nature a priority around the everyday ups and downs of life. 

Passionate about connecting people and promoting mental health and wellbeing, Iona founded the community walking group 'Iona's Adventures' in 2018 and has since used social media to inspire and motivate more people to get outdoors. Having worked with and been supported by an incredible array of brands and organisations in the outdoor industry from Berghaus, Tiso, Komoot, Merrell, Kendal Moutain Festival, Mountaineering Scotland and many more, she has built up a reputation as an 'everyday adventurer' within the outdoor scene.

 Now, as a mother to a young toddler she advocates for the fact that adventures don't end when you have children and she promotes the importance of time spent in nature.
